At Enchanted Toy Shop, we want every gift to bring magic and joy to your home. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the toys in their original manufacturer packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
